A real-time voicebot for the first line of Banco Montepio's contact centre.

My role: Analyst → Developer & Data Analyst → Developer & Data Engineer → Consulting Lead & PM

It handled 50k+ calls a month, resolving the highest-volume requests outright and triaging the rest to a human agent.

Smart mirror · Raspberry Pi

A smart mirror built from scratch at home: a Raspberry Pi and an old monitor sit behind two-way mirror glass, running the open-source MagicMirror² platform to surface a personal dashboard right on the glass. Built from cheap, mostly repurposed materials for well under €50 all in.

3D remake · Three.js

A 3D Space Invaders remake built with Three.js for the Computer Graphics course at IST. Multiple camera views (top-down, perspective, ship), toggleable Gouraud/Phong shading, dynamic sun and spotlight lighting, and a wireframe debug mode. Scored 19.50/20 across all deliveries.
