Led 2 teams simultaneously - managing both chatbot and GenAI initiatives when GenAI was first emerging. I was responsible for co-creating GenAI projects from the ground up. Additionally, I achieved 9+ NPS scores, doubled FTE savings, and 70% workload reduction through automation across my teams. Managed teams of 4-6 developers and delivered solutions for major clients.
